Web Help Desk
In our commitment to improve the comprehensive support to SCC’s Staff, Faculty, and Student communities, Support Services has implemented an upgraded support service system called “Web Help Desk”.
The new system addresses many of the concerns you have had and is streamlined to be less cumbersome and more user-friendly. Any emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org over the weekend will be logged as tickets in the new system.
Access to the new system will remain the same – simply click the icon on your desktop. If you do not have the link on your desktop, you will be able to access the new system by typing http://helpdesk.salemcc.edu into any web browser.
