Salem Community College graduates’ 96 percent acceptance rate at Rowan University ranks as the best in South Jersey.
Rowan’s fall 2020 report shows that SCC transfer students have the highest percentage of acceptance among all South Jersey two-year colleges.
“Rowan University’s transfer report is another strong indicator that SCC graduates are extremely well prepared for continued success at a four-year institution,” said SCC President Michael Gorman. “We receive similar positive feedback on our graduates from other universities in the region. Our faculty and staff can take great pride in this fact.”
SCC students benefit from small classes (a 16:1 student-to-faculty ratio) and other attributes such as personalized attention.
