William Still, known as the “Father of the Underground Railroad,” will be featured at the next Salem Community College Bookmobile Library living history program on Friday, Dec. 13. The free program will begin at 7 p.m. in the Student Union, Donaghay Hall, 460 Hollywood Ave., Carneys Point.
