ADA Services Appeals Process

Once a student’s request for ADA Accommodations has been denied, students have the option of appealing the ADA Coordinator’s decision via the ADA Appeals Process.
A written statement from the student requesting an ADA Appeals Hearing before the ADA Committee will need to be submitted within one week of receiving a letter of denial from the ADA Coordinator. The ADA Appeals Hearing will be lead by the Chair of the ADA Committee comprised of the ADA Coordinator, faculty and staff. To avoid ADA Accommodations’ Requests from being denied, make sure to always provide official documentation of your disability.
