Online Services

Most SCC online services are connected to the Online Services Portal. This allows for Single Sign-On ability so you can access several services with a one-time login.



Self Service is an easy and quick way for you to browse, register, and pay for courses. You can view your course schedule, course availability and view your unofficial transcript. You may visit the Admissions office to register, however, students are encouraged to use this system because seats fill fast.



Salem Community College uses a Learning Management System (LMS) called Canvas for all web enabled courses. Even if you are not enrolled in an online course, your professor may still utilize Canvas. If you are unfamiliar with Canvas or online courses, it is recommended that you visit the Canvas Online Student Orientation.


Office 365

Office 365 is a cloud based version of Microsoft Office. As a student at SCC, you can use the Microsoft applications and utilize cloud based storage. Each student receives the ability to download a copy of the full Microsoft Office suite to one device.


Student Email

Student e-mail is the College's primary means of communication with current students. It is highly recommended that you check your student email at least once per day.


Web Help Desk

SCC offers online support through this Help Desk system. You can create tickets, check status of you ticket and communicate your issues during off hours if needed.


GovDeals Online Auctions

Salem Community College is a non-profit public organization and is required to use GovDeals to discard asset surplus.
