Joyce Dungee-Proctor
For more than two decades, Joyce Dungee-Proctor -- professional speaker, certified career coach, author and consultant -- has inspired people to elevate their personal and professional lives to new heights.
Proctor is the president of Seminars by Joyce - The Total You, Inc., a full-service empowerment firm that specializes in a blend of speaking and executive coaching services that draw upon her experiences in leadership, training, management, sales and human resources.
She has found her passion and purpose in supporting, inspiring, and coaching people to succeed. Joyce believes that "You don't have to be good to start but you must start to be good."
Yusuf Wilson
Yusuf Wilson is president and senior consultant of Wilson Consulting and Training Systems, LLC; and author of the nationally hot-selling books, Time to Get Hired! and The Art of Networking. He has been interviewed on ABC, CBS, Fox and radio stations across the country.
A highly sought-after speaker, seminar facilitator and one-on-one career coach, Wilson has been a corporate executive for over 20 years. Although he has been laid off three times in his career, after every job disruption, he's gotten a higher-paying job with greater managerial responsibility. He has solved problems and provided leadership for organizations such as Philip Morris USA, American Express, JP Morgan Chase Bank, TD Bank and MBNA.
Wilson holds degrees in marketing and management, and human resource management.
Cherita Weatherspoon, Ed.D.
Dr. Weatherspoon has over 15 years of experience in coaching and supporting individuals as they pursue their education and personal goals. She is a certified career development coach with a passion for helping people pursue and accomplish their life's purpose beyond their jobs and careers. As such, she has found herself in recent years coaching entrepreneurs to the next level of their businesses and aspiring authors in writing and publishing their books.
She holds degrees in business management, student affairs in higher education and educational leadership; and has professional experience in corporate, non-profit and educational settings.
Dr. Weatherspoon has the rare combination of vision and administrative ability that has allowed her to successfully support others, both organizations and individuals, in achieving their goals.
Charles Foster
Charles Foster is the Workforce Development Specialist for Career and Technical Education Programs at Salem Community College. He has over four years of experience in the Student Affairs field with focuses in career development, advisement, student transitioning, first year experience (FYE) programming and support, as well as overall student development.
He holds degrees in sociology and counseling in educational settings with additional professional experience in both the nonprofit and public school systems working with at-risk and economically challenged youth.
