NJ Quitline

The N.J. Department of Health and Senior Services, Office of Tobacco control has opened the free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) campaign to any New Jersey resident. This will continue until the campaign's supply/money is depleted, or June 30, whichever comes first.
The free NRT includes a two-month supply of either the quit gum or patch. New Jersey residents must call the QUITLINE number at 1-866-657-8677 to get set up with a quit counselor. This initial call takes between 30-45 min. Afterwards, residents will receive a one-month supply of the gum or patch. They will need to make follow-up calls (the counselor will call them at home at a pre-determined time), then the second month's supply will be mailed.
