Salem Community College will host “Veteran Workshop – Know your GI Bill and Beyond” on Monday, Jan. 29.  This free workshop – open to all veterans – will run from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in Tillis Hall, Room 202.

The sound of Christmas carols and a variety of other holiday musical selections will fill the Sol and Jean Davidow Performing Arts Theatre at Salem Community College when the SCC Oak Singers present their 28th Annual Holiday Concert on Saturday, Dec. 9, at 3 p.m. in Davidow Hall, 460 Hollywood Ave., Carneys Point.

“A Conversation on the State of the College with President Mike Gorman” will be held on Monday, Dec. 4 from 5 to 6 p.m.

Sponsored by the Salem Community College Alumni Association, this free event will be held in Donaghay Hall, Room DON-106.  All are welcome. Guests should park in Lot D.

Sports will return to Salem Community College. The Board of Trustees unanimously voted on Nov. 16 to authorize President Michael Gorman to move forward on the restoration of athletics over five years.

Salem Community College has named Fathia Richardson as Director of Nursing and Allied Health. She oversees the Associate Degree in Nursing and Practical Nursing Certificate programs, and several allied health degree and certificate programs.
