STEP 4:  Annual Closing the Loop

1. Use the Report Manager to view reports. You must be on campus to access these reports. Click on the Planning and Assessment directory folder and use the following reports to assess your program or course.

2. Use the Student Attainment of Learning Outcomes report to view the data from an annual perspective. Determine whether or not you were able to accomplish your goals for the year. Identify and describe the changes you have successfully implemented throughout the academic year.

• Student Attainment of Learning Outcomes
• Develop a short narrative that looks back at the fall and spring data analysis, and decribes how you used what you have learned in the term data analysis to implement changes throughout the year.
• Enter your report into the 2010-2012 Stud Learn Data spreadsheet located at: U:\Institutional Effectiveness\2010 IEP\2-Student Learning
