Click on the Planning and Assessment directory to view reports from the SLOA database. You must be on campus to view these reports. The reports provide valuable data for you to analyze to determine student outcomes.

  • Data Collection Summary - percentage of data collected for each program outcome or general education competency; lists sections of submitted data and non submitted data
  • Assignment Grade Summary - grade distribution and related statistics from collected outcomes assessment data by course; search by program or course(s)
  • Program Assessment Plan - shows the program outcomes selected by faculty to be assessed in the current academic year and the data analysis submitted for the term
  • Student Attainment of Learning Outcomes - summarizes student attainment of learned outcomes by academic year; shows the percentage of students who met the benchmark for a particular year
