Strategic Planning
Salem Community College undergoes a strategic planning process every three years.
The 2010-2012 Strategic Plan identified seven institutional priorities. Each priority was reviewed for its contribution to meeting the Middle States Characteristics of Excellence.

2. Integrate a transparent process of assessment (Standards 1, 2, 6, 7, 14).
3. Recruit and retain qualified administrators, faculty, and staff who are committed to the vision and mission of the College (Standards 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10).
4. Utilize existing resources effectively (Standards 2, 3, 6, 7, 13).
5. Collaborate with P-16 partners (Standards 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14).
