POSITION TITLE: Fitness/Wellness Trainer

POSITION CLASSIFIATION: Part-Time

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:  Associate degree in Health, Exercise Science, Physical Education or related field.

Experience:  Experience offering fitness and wellness programs in various settings with diverse populations.

Skills/Abilities:              

  1. Ability to teach a full range of fitness/wellness workshops to a diverse population.
  2. Ability to teach fitness/wellness summer camp programs for children.
  3. Ability to use appropriate instructional technology.
  4. Ability and willingness to work well with administrators, staff, faculty, college and community organizations and committees.

Reports to: Provost and Chief Academic Officer or designee
