POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

Position Title: Collegiate Support Staff (Part-time)

Salary:          

Minimum Qualifications

Education:  H.S. Diploma

Experience:  Demonstrated ability to work independently, self directed and with confidential information. Must be proficient using MS Office.

Skills/Abilities:        

    • Possess and Maintain valid drivers license
    • Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 40 lbs conducting campus wide deliveries
    • Must be able to work independently and with confidential information
    • Must be capable and demonstrate ability to use and manage digital equipment including postage system, copier system, and printer system
    • Must be capable and demonstrate ability to perform inventory services

Reporting Structure:

        
Reports to:      Manager of Collegiate Support Services

Responsibilities:       

    • Daily mail and package receiving and delivery services
    • Daily distribution and delivery of received items to requestors
    • Responsible for copier data collection
    • Responsible for data gathering and entry of the college asset inventory
    • Maintain inventory of printer and mailing supplies
