Builds on the fundamentals of the first semester and covers the basic nursing care for patients with various medical-surgical conditions including disorders of all body systems, structure and functions. The nursing process of patient assessment, needs identification, intervention, implementation and evaluation, and pharmacology are reinforced.
Prerequisite:
Completion of HLH170, HLH178 and HLH179 with grade of 78% or C+ or higher
