Description: 
Provides qualified social/community services majors with an opportunity to receive practical, hands-on field experience in a social-service setting. Students are supervised by professionals in the social services field who will help them begin to narrow down their field of interest. Students meet for a one-hour seminar each week and must complete at least 90 work hours at an assigned internship placement.
Prerequisite: 
SOC102, SOC121 and approval from Dean of Academic Affairs
