Provides information for the students, local government officials, emergency managers, volunteers and other emergency service personnel who are responsible to prepare for, respond to, or recover from disasters. It is intended to provide students with the knowledge and skills to develop and conduct disaster exercises that will test a community’s emergency operations plan and operational response capability.
