Is for students who need a brief review of elementary algebra. This course is a rapid review of algebra covering mathematical symbols and operations in order to formulate and solve first- and second-degree equations, graphs of equations and systems of equations, polynomials, rational expressions and radicals. Upon completion of this one-week course, students retake the algebra portion of the Accuplacer test in an attempt to test out of MAT 093. (Course does not apply toward graduation.)
